My little girl is getting way to smart for her own good! At least we think so... but we are biased!She did such a "big girl" thing yesterday! I was upstairs making beds and getting ready for the day while she was downstairs watching a movie and doing who knows what else! I completely forgot I was waiting for Jerry to call me to come get him from school and I left my phone in the kitchen to charge. Well, pretty soon I hear Chloe's little voice from downstairs yelling "MOM... dad needs to talk to you" I was so confused cause Jerry wasn't home so I came down and starting asking her questions and figured out she had answered my phone and was talking to Jerry! This is not new... she answers the phone all the time but she has never really had a real conversation and came and got me to talk! Later Jerry told me he had a whole conversation with her! He said she answered like a pro....
Chloe: Hello
Jerry: Hi Chloe!
Chloe: Who is this?
Jerry: Its Daddy!
Chloe: Oh hi daddy!
Then she starts telling him about what she has been doing, til Jerry says where is mom?
Anyway, I just can't believe my little girl is that big! I'm sure its normal 2 year old stuff but it is sure surprising us! Like the other day she just starting counting and got all the way to ten! Jerry and I just looked at each other like WHAT?? Who taught her that?? We love watching her grow and seeing how smart she is becoming! We love you Chloe Jo! Life would be boring without you!

So funny! And I'm with ya in that - two days ago I was counting to 3 with Amber and all the sudden we get to 3 and she keeps going. All the way to 10! I was like, what in the world? I know for a fact that neither Adam or I have counted up that high with her, or tried teaching it to her. Weird, right? The things they must pick up on their shows... Ha!
What a big girl she is! What a cutie! I'm sure it made Jer's day to get to talk to her. It's funny how fast they grow up and it seems in a matter of minutes they go from babies to toddlers to teenagers, etc. I have to remember to cherish the moment and stage my Boys are in often because it won't last forever. Sometimes I wish it did though!
Kate! That's so cute! I can't even beleive her! That pic of her pulling that face, is totally a little Katie! I remember you looking JUST like that:) You are such a good mom, seriously!
