Our Memorial Day!

I can't remember if this was the weekend or during the week but I had to show this picture! This is our neighbor Luke (Chloe calls him Hawky) They have been having so much fun playing this year.... Luke was so nice to let Chloe ride his toy and he pushed her! Its so fun to watch them. Last summer Luke was just tiny so we are excited they are finally getting to play for a few months until they move. :( We will be so sad!

We are always so excited for Memorial Day! Its fun to get together and see family and remember our loved ones.... and it is also usually the first swimming day of the season at my mom and dad's! To bad the weather was yucky!!! We did have a really fun weekend though.... we went to the movies on saturday with Jerry's mom and dad! Me and my mother-in-law saw 'Made of Honor' and the boys say 'Indiana Jones'! We love doing things with John and Joy... Jerry couldn't be happier than when he is hanging out with his dad and I feel the same about being with Joy! Then Sunday we went to church with the inlaws to here Joy speak and had a fun BBQ after! Jerry's sister came up with her family... Chloe loves seeing Corbin and Aidan! They had a blast running, playing, and catching butterflies together! Monday we went to the annual get together at my mom and dad's! Jerry had been sick most of the weekend and kept getting worse so he had to stay home, but Chloe and I went! My brother cooked some YUMMY spare ribs with his own special homemade sauce... AMAZING! It was so yummy... I ate WAY too much and then snuck a few home for Jerry! (I think I tasted some of his too) The kids still went swimming for about an hour... it was freezing and a little rainy but they loved it! The pool was super warm so they just froze when they got out. We had an awesome weekend... its fun to spend time as a family!
